If the Rengar goes bruiser, with ~3k hp and a Zhonias then I feel rengar wins overall. But usually its who is more fed and gets the jump on the enemy. If you are not your teams only engage then wait for the engage to happen then try to go for their carry. You will have a lot more sustain but a little less damage so you have to play it mechanicly better with your ultimate.
